Tenant Fit-Out Interior Glazing
Interior office fronts and glass partitions installed in an occupied building, around the building rules on access and noise.

The project
What the job involved
Placeholder content demonstrating a fit-out record. Interior glazing is judged from eighteen inches away, so a real entry would describe the edge treatment and joint tolerances rather than just the quantity.
It would also record the working restrictions, which in a dense mixed-use district are usually the thing that shapes the program.
Scope of work
- Coordinate access windows and freight elevator bookings with building management
- Install framed office fronts and frameless partition assemblies
- Hang pivot glass doors with patch fittings
- Protect finished surfaces and clear the site at the end of every shift
What went in
Glass make-up
1/2 in. tempered, polished edges to all exposed arrises
Framing system
Slim-profile interior aluminum, satin anodized
Door system

What made it difficult
