The project
What the job involved
Placeholder content demonstrating a repair-led record. Office parks glazed in a single campaign tend to fail in a single campaign, so a real entry would state how many units had failed and over what period.
It would also record the coating match, because a slightly different low-E on one bay is visible across a flat facade from a hundred feet away.
Scope of work
- Survey and schedule every failed unit across the elevation
- Match make-up, coating and airspace to the surrounding glazing
- Replace units in the existing frames, retaining the framing throughout
- Renew gaskets and setting blocks
- Confirm drainage paths clear on completion
