Nothing in a finished bathroom is square
Tiled walls lean, curbs slope for drainage, and openings are rarely plumb. A frameless enclosure has no frame to absorb any of that.
Which is why a stock door in a custom opening ends up with a gap at one end and a scrape at the other.
Template, temper, then install
We template the finished opening, then the glass is cut, notched, drilled and polished before tempering — because once glass is tempered it cannot be altered at all.
Hardware is set into fixings that will hold the weight of the panel for the life of the bathroom.

How long does a frameless enclosure take?
Templating is one short visit. The glass is then fabricated and tempered to order, commonly a couple of weeks, followed by an install appointment.
Can you template before the tiling is finished?
No. The template has to be taken from the finished surfaces, because that is what the glass has to fit.
